PERFECT PANORAMIC VIEW

Welcome in Our Manufactory

Before a Mühle watch ticks for the first time, a whole lot of man-hours and many different work steps are necessary. You can get to know three important stations on the way to a Mühle watch here. Experience parts production, finishing and watch assembly in exciting 360° videos.

CNC MACHINING CENTER

A LOOK INTO THE PARTS PRODUCTION

At up to 50,000 revolutions per minute, the milling head bores into a brass base support. This generates heat that must be cooled with special cutting and lubricating oil … Experience our CNC machining centers at work and don’t miss the fully automatic change of a drilling head either.

FUNCTION AND AESTHETICS

A LOOK INTO THE FINISSAGE

With a great deal of dexterity, our finisher places the grinding pencil for pearling on a three-quarter plate. Not one of the many small, half-overlapping circular grinds may be too deep here … that would destroy the entire grinding pattern. Experience our finishers in the aesthetic and functional completion of our workpieces.

IN TRANQUILITY LIES THE PRECISION

A LOOK INTO THE WATCH ASSEMBLY

In parts production, you hear a constant hum. In the finishing department, it sometimes sounds like the dentist. In watch assembly, you hear … nothing. With the utmost concentration, our watchmakers assemble a movement section or work on regulating a movement to produce mechanical movements that are as reliable as they are precise. Just take a look over their shoulder.
